New GM Ambulances Added to the Fleet…
Coastal EMS has added several new ambulances to our fleet, upholding the company’s commitment of using only top-of-the-line equipment.
Coastal continues to rely on AEV (American Emergency Vehicles) but we have switch from the traditional Ford chassis to a Chevrolet chassis due to reliability issues with Ford Motor Company. We have added several new Chevrolets within the past 12 months and our next vehicle is set for delivery in July of 2007. As the regional dealer Professional Ambulance, www.proambulance.net continues to provide Coastal EMS with outstanding service and support for all the AEV products that we operate.
Coastal EMS has selected the AEV DR 90 Type III Trauma Hawk as our standard ambulance package based upon the design, ergonomics, durability and the safety features for our patients and employees. Coastal will continue to maintain a few of AEV Type II Trauma Hawk 5K for long distant transports, special events and BLS transports.
